Company Policies

Sunrise Printing, Inc. accepts CD/DVD-ROMs, and other sources of magnetic media under the assumption that we are receiving a COPY of the clients original material. Sunrise Printing, Inc. and its authorized agents cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged disks or media. Sunrise Printing, Inc. is in no way responsible for any color or quality inconsistencies of scanned artwork due to the customers decision not to have proofs provided prior to delivery of final material. In order to ensure accuracy and quality, the customer is recommended to request proofs on all materials. This service is provided at an additional cost to the customer.

Sunrise Printing, Inc. cannot be held responsible for customer errors with regards to files. Clients are responsible for payment of pages reproduced and all services rendered. If, at your request, changes are made to your files, you will be charged computer and operator time at current standard rates as well as for any proofs or high-resolution output. To ensure proper output, you MUST include a laser print of files to be output. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of each disk or piece of film supplied. Sunrise Printing, Inc. cannot be responsible for any errors that may have been overlooked; Including but not limited to: Errors in trapping, missing fonts, or improper color separations.

The client agrees to protect the supplier from economic loss and any other harmful consequences that could arise in connection with the work. This means that the client will hold the provider harmless and save, indemnify, and otherwise defend him/her against claims, demands, actions, and proceedings on any and all grounds. This will apply regardless of responsibility for negligence.

The client warrants that the subject matter to be printed is not copyrighted by a third party. The client also recognizes that because subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. The client further warrants that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. To support these warranties, the client agrees to indemnify and hold the supplier harmless for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided.
